The American-made Chasm XLT presents a compact and rugged design built for heavy-duty tasks. With its frame lock mechanism, this EDC pocketknife delivers reliable performance. Measuring an overall length of 7.25", the knife strikes a balance between portability and functionality.

The tanto blade, constructed from CPM 154 steel, boasts a length of 3.125" and a thickness of 0.22". The knife opens one-handed thanks to its ambidextrous dual thumb studs. With a remarkable blade hardness of 59-61 Rockwell, the Chasm XLT ensures exceptional durability and edge retention. Its action is supported by phosphor bronze washers, guaranteeing smooth and controlled deployment.

Crafted for strength and longevity, the knife features a handle made from gray G10 and 6AL-4V titanium components. The handle's length spans 4.125", providing a comfortable grip for various tasks. One side of the handle is 3D machined and the frame locking side is flat. The G10 backspacer is raised and machined for a positive grip. The fully machined clip is composed of 6AL-4V titanium, offering superior robustness. The butt of the handle has an exposed lanyard hole mounting point. The clip utilizes a Torx 8 screw size, and the inclusion of a titanium lockbar overtravel screw further enhances the knife's reliability.
