When open, the ZT 0308 is 8.9" in overall length, with a 3.75" spearpoint blade. The .156" thick blade stock is CPM 20CV, stonewashed stainless steel with a high chromium and vanadium content which is heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of 59-61. This steel is incredibly hard, which allows for a long-lasting, razor-sharp edge cut after cut and a nice cutting profile that combines strength as well as fine slicing.

The blade deploys from the 5.2" handle with the aid of a flipper and a KVT ball-bearing system. A 1/4" pivot provides an extremely durable folding axis with a .5" nut you can adjust to suit your needs at home or in the field.

The handle is the combination of one scale being 3D sculpted coyote tan G10 composite and the other being machined aerospace-grade titanium. Together, they are designed for strength as well as a sure grip in just about any kind of weather or conditions, wet or dry. The frame lock keeps the blade fixed in place until you decide it is time to close, in heavy and light use alike. The titanium frame lock has a hardened steel lock bar insert.
