Chris Reeve Knives Small Sebenza 31 Lunar Landing CGG Folding Knife

The Lunar Landing CGG sebenza 31 is a new edition for 2020. It has all of the features of the standard small sebenza 31 with the upscale finish of the CGG edition, that includes a brushed satin finish on the blade and satin-finished flats on the handle. The titanium handle features a bronze color anodized to add depth and detail to the NASA inspired handle. The Lunar Landing features a chrysocolla cabochon inlay on the front face of the titanium handle. On the blasted gray back face of the titanium handle is 08.03.18.35 which stands for the eight days, three hours, 18 minutes, 35 seconds that the Apollo mission lasted. This knife commemorates the mission that happened 50 years ago.

The Blade

Popular drop point blade shape with razor-sharp hollow grinds. Refined design, high-performance construction are all part of a Chris Reeve sebenza 31 folding knife. The blade steel is S35VN with a hollow grind for a blade with outstanding cutting ability. Mounted on the blade is a titanium thumb lug on the blade for easy one-handed opening.

Frame Lock Titanium Handle -

Titanium pocket clip mounted for tip-up carrying. Jimping on the thumb rests on the blade spine for increased handling. Light for its size, due to the titanium construction. The handle is blasted with a satin-finished flats and the crisp rendering of the Lunar Landing. This sebenza 31 folder features the integral frame locking mechanism that Chris Reeve pioneered, keeping it secure in the open position. Braided black cord lanyard at the rear of the handle. The knife comes with a brown leather calfskin pocket pouch, disassembly tools, and full documentation.
