The Mil-A-8625 anodizing over the non-marking midnight black finish provides a rock hard surface finish that resists harsh weather, scratching and blunt force. The result is an extremely smooth - almost soft - look. A Fisher Space Pen Pressurized SPR4 cartridge comes with the pen that allows you to write at any angle or orientation. When it's empty, you can get an exact replacement or make use of the spacer that allows the fitment of multiple cartridges from Fisher, Foray, Parker and other brands.

Finally, for grip and comfort, the pen body has removable contrasting black Duron O-rings which assist in maintaining a positive grip on the pen when you need it most.
