This tough-as-nails knife is ideal for gutting or skinning prey - this is the smaller version of the Belt Knife. The Blue Ridge features a blade of 80CRV2 carbon steel with a flat grind. The steel has a black Caswell finish for reduced glare and rust resistance. It also features an integral guard, a filed thumb rest on the spine for a secure grip, and a lanyard hole in the handle for easy carrying or hanging. The overall length is 8.25", and the knife weighs between 4.7 oz. and 5.9 oz depending upon the handle.
